The respondents are asked if they agree with the following statement: “Laws and regulations affecting my company are clearly written, not contradictory and do not change too frequently”. Assessors measure the percentage of respondents who answer “strongly agree” or “tend to agree”. Point allocation: • 4 points = above 65% • 3 points = 55%-65% • 2 points = 45%-54.99% • 1 point = 40%-44.99% • 0 points = below 40%
