Expert review of government reporting documents (or other political-level documents, e.g. from parliament) prepared during the assessment period. The reports reviewed are the GAWP implementation report or the legislative plan implementation report (if it is used for monitoring achievement of results), the last five implementation reports for sector strategies adopted in the last full calendar year of the assessment period, and reports on implementation of the national plan for EI (or any report on EI that covers planned activities and their implementation, e.g. negotiation reports). For each of the following criteria, points are awarded (total of 12 points).
