Analysis of survey results from a representative sample of public servants who joined the public service in the central government administration no earlier than three years and no later than one year before the implementation of the survey, so they have stayed in the public service for at least twelve months. Respondents are asked to what extent they agree with the following statements: “During my induction process in my public sector organisation… I was given a clear sense of my job tasks and expectations”. Answer options are: Strongly disagree, Tend to disagree, Neither agree nor disagree, Tend to agree, Strongly agree, Don’t know, Prefer not to answer. Points are allocated based on the percentage of respondents who replied “Tend to agree” or “Strongly agree” to the survey statement(x): • x <10% = 0 points. • 10% ≤ x < 90% = linear function. • x ≥ 90% = 2 points.
