The domestic requirements for organisation of central government bodies are applied consistently (%)

Compliance is confirmed of the organisation of central government bodies with the legal framework based on the inventory of bodies (identified in criterion 6). If there is no publicly available inventory, no points are awarded for criteria 6 and 7. Points are allocated based on the percentage of bodies for which inconsistencies have been identified (x): • x > 20% = 0 points • 3% ≤ x ≤ 20% = linear function • x < 3% = 5 points.
