Analysis of survey responses from a representative sample of the population to the following question: From what you know, how would you rate the justice system in your [COUNTRY] in terms of the independence of courts and judges? Answer options are: Very bad, Fairly bad, Neither bad nor good, Fairly good, Very good, Do not know, Prefer not to answer. Points are allocated based on the percentage of respondents who replied "Fairly good" or "Very good” to the survey question (x): • x < 10% = 0 points. • 10% ≤ x < 90% = linear function. • x ≥ 90% = 10 points.
