Satisfaction with accessibility of physical services by citizens (%)

Analysis of survey responses from a representative sample of the population who have been in contact with selected central government services during the past 36 months. The respondents are asked the following question: “How satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the access to the in-person services of [SER] when you were in contact last time? By this I mean the time to reach the administrative office from your home?”. Answer options are: Completely dissatisfied, Somewhat dissatisfied, Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, Somewhat satisfied, Completely satisfied, Do not know, Prefer not to answer. Points are allocated based on the percentage of respondents who replied “Somewhat satisfied" or "Completely satisfied” to the survey question (x): • x < 10% = 0 points • 10% ≤ x < 90% = linear function • x ≥ 90% = 12 points.

Geographical access to administrative services provided by the central administration for citizens - Unemployment services (counselling, registering, etc.)

Analysis of the geospatial distribution of offices in the territory and the distribution of the population to calculate the percentage of the population that can reach to offices for unemployment services (counselling, registration, etc.) within 30 minutes. Points are allocated based on the percentage of the population that can reach a physical office within 30 minutes (x): • x < 60 %= 0 points • 60% ≥ x < 90 % = linear function • x ≥ 90 % = 4 points.

Geographical access to administrative services provided by the central administration for citizens - Disability pensions (medical tribunals)

Analysis of the geospatial distribution of offices in the territory and the distribution of the population to calculate the percentage of the population that can reach to offices for disability pensions (medical tribunals) within 30 minutes. Points are allocated based on the percentage of the population that can reach a physical office within 30 minutes (x): • x < 60 %= 0 points • 60% ≥ x < 90 % = linear function • x ≥ 90 % = 4 points.
