A complete set of executive budget proposals is timely available to the public

The criterion requires that a complete set of budget proposal (similar to what has been sent to parliament) is shared with the public no later than two weeks after the executive’s submission to the legislature.

The annual budget law approved by the legislature is published including the annexes / supporting documents
