Expert review of policy monitoring reports. Points are awarded for each of the following three criteria (total of 4 points). Point allocation: • Monitoring reports are produced regularly, at least annually (1 point); • At least 60% of the activities/measures planned for the assessment year were fully implemented within the deadlines (2 points); • At least 60% of quantitative targets were achieved within planned deadlines (1 point).
