Evaluation of training courses

Expert review of regulations on monitoring and evaluating training courses. Interviews with staff in charge of the monitoring and evaluation of training in the training authority/authorities and with heads of HRM units. If training is centralised, examples of training assessments from five central training courses will be analysed. If training is decentralised, then one example of an evaluation report from each of the five central government bodies, as identified in the previous sub-indicator, will be analysed. The number of reports analysed by SIGMA will depend on the assessment system (e.g. in some cases there may be one report for each training course, while in others, each public body may formulate assessment reports referring to a given period, etc.).
