Interviews and on-site verification of system functionalities with three judges (from at least two courts of first and second instance) on the use of an electronic case-management system to identify whether the following criteria are met: • The system contains all administrative cases from the court of first instance; • It includes functionalities for searching cases; • It provides data for analysing judges’ workload.
