Existence of common guidelines for government websites

Expert review of laws and policies that promote common guidelines for central government websites. Two criteria are assessed: • Written guidelines for content (e.g. minimum information contained on any website) and format (e.g. structure of websites, accessibility, visual design and responsiveness to user devices) have been drawn up; • Central government websites are required to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 AA standard (ISO 40500) or an equivalent national standard. For each of the following two criteria, 1 point is awarded (total of 2 points).
