Perceived satisfaction with public services across the territory by population (%)
Analysis of responses to a Balkan Barometer survey, or similar, by a representative sample of citizens who have been in contact with central government services in the last year. The respondents are asked “Could you please tell me how satisfied you are with each of the following in your place of living?
Assessors calculate the percentage of respondents who answered “mostly satisfied” or “completely satisfied” in relation to: “Public services in general”. General satisfaction is taken as a proxy measure of territorial accessibility.
Point allocation:
• 3 points = 60%-100%
• 2 points = 45%-59.99%
• 1 point = 30%-44.99%
• 0 points = 0%-29.99%
