The implementation rate is calculated by dividing the total number of activities planned to be completed and actually implemented in the latest full calendar year by the total number of activities planned for that year, expressed as a percentage. Ongoing activities are also counted if implemented successfully according to schedule. Point allocation: • 5 points = more than 90% • 4 points = 70%-90% • 3 points = 50%-69.99% • 1 point = 30%-49.99% • 0 points = below 30%
