Access to quality training for procurement staff

Expert review of training materials, curricula and trainer profiles. Interviews with users and experts. Surveys of contracting authorities/entities and economic operators and analysis of the following question for those that had attended training in the past three years: “How would you rate the usefulness of the training in general?” Equal weight is given to both groups when calculating the average. For each of the following four criteria, 1 point is awarded (total of 4 points). 1 extra point can be awarded if at least 65% of contracting authorities/entities and economic operators find the training provided useful or very useful.
