Serbia

In 2021, Serbia renewed its strategy for public administration reform, setting objectives until 2030 in key areas. Compared to its neighbours in the region, Serbia is above the average in the area of service delivery, public financial management and public service. Nevertheless, Serbia has an opportunity to attain improvements in policy development and co-ordination and accountability.
